Rates are as follows:

60 min Full / International Rate: 124 USD
60 min Discount / Local Rate: 61 USD

No one will be turned away due to lack of funds. Please inquire at: alena@alenabartoli.com to discuss trade, barter or other forms of reciprocity.

All payments are non-refundable. Consultations may be rescheduled at any time.

Group Retreats & Journeys

Full payment is requested in advance via:

(3) PayPal credit card invoice (issued upon request).

For clients working with financial hardship, a payment plan may be negotiated upon request.

Confidentiality
​
Alena is committed to client privacy and confidentiality. With the exception of the cases below, all client information including name, location, contact information, consultation topic and consultation details is guarded with the utmost confidentiality.
​
(1) client referrals - when making a referral to another practitioner, Alena asks a client's permission to share client information including name, location, contact information, consultation topic and consultation details
​
(2) practitioner personal and professional support - at times Alena finds it necessary to consult with her personal and professional networks in support of handling consultation details. In this case she reserves the right to share client location, consultation topic and consultation details in pursuit of the necessary support.
​
(3) promotional use - at times Alena shares consultation topics with potential clients and/or the general public, Examples of such a communication might include: I work with clients on a variety of issues including but not limited to relationships, career, parenting, sexuality, emotional support.

Change or Cancellation:

By Alena Bartoli:
Alena Bartoli is responsible for the proper realization of a consultation, program, journey or retreat as stated on this website. Realization is executed on the basis of the customs and habits as well as the limitations of the destination. Proper realization will also be made based on the nature of the program content and participants.
​​
Alena Bartoli reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary as well as the right to postpone or cancel the program in case of force majeure.
​​
If a major change or cancellation is deemed necessary, Alena Bartoli will inform client immediately in writing.
In the event that Alena Bartoli decides to cancel an intuitive consultation, program, journey or retreat, client is entitled to a service of equal value or, with the exception of consultations, a full refund of the cost already paid.

Charges are based on program type and cancellation periods. Please see below.

No refunds are issued. Client is entitled to reschedule to another time.

A) until 60 days prior to arrival: no charges;
B) until 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total tour costs;
C) after 30 days: 100 % of the total tour costs.

A) until 120 days prior to arrival: no charge
B) until 30 days prior to arrival: 25% of the total tour costs
C) after 30 days: 100% of the total tour costs

A) until 45 days prior to arrival; no charges
B) until 15 days prior to arrival; 50% of the total weekend costs
C) after 15 days, 100% of the total weekend cost
