Hatha - all levels class with a focus on alignment, breath and body awareness
Meditation - all levels practice, each week focuses on a different meditation technique
Kriya Vinyasa - all levels class with a focus on dynamic breath and movement
Power VInyasa - vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa, focus on moving with the breath and building core strength
Advanced Asana & Pranayama - for yogis with some experience, this class explores a variety of advanced asana & pranayama that work with subtle energetics of the human body
